 Return Policy

At Discount Office Furniture 4 U, our furniture specialists take pride in testing and reviewing all of the products we offer to ensure that every product excells our quality standards.  However, we realize that you may not like the product for whatever reason or you may have quality issues.  When this is the case, we make our return process quick and easy.

How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your product you must return it within 30 days.  Products returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.  Your product must be returned in the original packaging, and must include all parts.  Upon receipt of the merchandise, Discount Office Furniture 4 U will issue a refund.  A 30% restocking fee will apply on all returns.  The customer is responsible for the return freight charges as we will not accept product shipped back without pre-paid freight.  Orders of 2 or more products are not eligible for return.  When purchasing more than 1 item, we suggest ordering the first item to test and be sure it meets your needs, and then ordering the balance of the items needed.

What if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, please refuse delivery from the carrier.  Open the box prior to signing for the goods and inspect for any concealed damage.  In the event that damage was not immediately evident, contact our office, and a customer service representative will work with the manufacturer to get you any replacement parts necessary.  All products are covered under manufacturer warranty.  Warranties can be found on the manufacturer’s websites.  For specific questions, please call our specialists at (888) 630.3375.

We Provide Delivery Across the Continental US!

Discount Office Furniture 4 U delivers across the continental United States, using FedEx, UPS, and common carriers. Large volume orders may qualify for additional discounts.

All purchase orders shipped via truck are shipped free freight  “Dock-to-Dock”, within the Continental US, (Hawaii and Alaska do have freight charges). If you do not have a dock, there is an additional charge for Lift Gate Service.  Inside delivery is not included but can be arranged for an additional charge.  Please contact us at  888. 630.3375 for specific additional freight and installation charges.

Many of our products ship unassembled in cartons. Unless otherwise indicated, all  products have “FREE SHIPPING”, dock to dock.  If a product is  marked “ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES APPLY” , then a customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours (1 business day) with your freight charges.  At that point you can determine if you want to pay the freight charges or cancel your order.  Some of the seating categories in which the prices do not include freight are lobby seating, stack chairs and folding chairs.

Shipments may not be left at your door without your signature.  We cannot be held responsible for freight costs incurred by returned shipments for lack of signatures.

We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on any refused shipments, or when additional delivery services are rendered.  We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your place an order and requests to forward shipments to another address.  Shipping charges are always non-refundable.
